Can I check out books?

Yes! UO students, faculty, and staff can check out books and other materials. You can also request items online in advance.

1. Find the item you want in LibrarySearch
2. Log in with your DuckID when prompted. Look for the big yellow bar with the green button that says "UO Libraries users sign in to see request options."
3. Click on the link "Request UO item."
4. In the Pickup Location field, select one of the options.
