I placed an item on hold. How long will it take before I can pick it up at the Knight Pickup Window?

 

Requests for books and other physical items located in Knight Library are generally taking 24 hours to fulfill. Requests for items in other branch libraries--Law, Design, Science, etc.--take about 48 hours to fulfill. Library patrons will be notified by email when the item is ready for pickup at the Knight Pickup Window. **Due to the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, this service is available only to UO faculty, students, and staff. No services are available to Oregon Card member or other non-UO guests until further notice.
